子女的香港出生證明書(或許可在港居留證明文件)的正本和影印本
The original and photocopy of your child’s Hong Kong Birth Certificate (or documents permitting the child to remain in Hong Kong)
子女的護照相片2張(請在相片背面寫上姓名)
Two passport-size photographs of the child (with name at the back)
父母(或監護人)身份證明文件影印本
A photocopy of parents’ (or guardian’s) Hong Kong Identity Cards
英文住址證明影印本
A photocopy of home address in English
6月11日及12日上午9:00-4:00可於本校購買校服，其後家長須自行到位於長沙灣的校服公司購買。
Parents can purchase school uniforms from 9:00 a.m.to 4:00 p.m. on 11th June(Tuesday) or 12th June (Wednesday). Parents can also purchase uniforms at the uniform company in Cheung Sha Wan after 12th June.
6月11日起辨公時間內可於本校購買新書。
Parents can purchase textbooks within office hours starting from 11th June.
本校為了讓學生體驗小學不同範疇的學習活動，幫助學生適應小學生活，於6月15日起舉行不同的校園體驗活動，詳情請參閱「親子小學校園體驗活動」網頁。
In order to prepare students for primary school life, we are going to hold ‘Parent-child School Experience Activity’ starting from 15th June onwards. Please refer to the website for more information.
未獲派本校而仍有意投考本校一年級的學生家長(叩門)，可即日起下載小一入學申請表，填妥後交回本校處理。
If children are not allocated to our school successfully in the Central Allocation Stage, they are still welcome to apply to our school starting from today. Please fill in the registration form and submit it to our school.
